Hi Marigold! Thanks for stopping by my blog. I love reading comments. I never would have thought to add sour cream either, but now that I have I can't go back! In fact, I just made some banana bread and put sour cream in that as well and used less butter and it smells quite yummy from the oven...stay tuned-I'll be posting the sour cream banana bread recipe soon!
