Today I realized I must've forgotten my ipod at home. Since I'm reading a fairly interesting book called "Changes in Altitude" by Anita Shreve (who I've never heard of but has written a whole slew of books and I'll probably add her to my reading rotation), I decided to ride the stationary bike instead of running on the treadmill or using the elliptical.
My butt still hurts from rafting so the bike wasn't my favorite machine today. However, I was able to go farther riding than I ever could have running (or elliptical-ing?)
7.02 miles, 178 calories in 35 minutes
12 miles an hour never felt so good!
