Exercise

Hard to motivate but I feel better. Definitely down some pounds and that feels good. Fitting into my clothes and that feels great! I even got a compliment from some ladies I work with saying I looked like I was wearing my older sister's clothes, they were hanging on me. =)

171 calories, 1.60 miles, 22:17 minutes on the treadmill.

Easing back into a routine. On a Friday (hee hee).
